My Memphis Girl
It's hard getting the perfect gift. Why not get something that is more than just a gift? Buying Russell artwork, is like buying a memory. Russell explains "When I have a memory of my favorite game, I don't think about the plays. I reminisce about my Dad driving to the game, parking in folks front yard for $3 and getting us ribs from the same guy. Coke, Peanuts and Hotdogs at Legion Field, watching Paul Bear Bryant lean on the goal post, and a game victory! I have heard about game traditions, and similar experiences from my collectors across the US. They tell me the work takes them back...........and sometimes I can make out a tear in their eye. Cherish the Glory Days!"
Each canvas giclee’ is printed using archival inks, stretched on the best quality wooden strips, hand embellished by the artist, then coated with a UV protective high gloss. The final product looks like an original, but you are only paying the price of a print. They are numbered on the back, so we can keep that our little secret. They are signed and numbered in an edition size of only 75 to 400. Another advantage is that framing is optional. The canvas is painted on all sides, so it comes ready to hang as is, or you can frame it (no glass or matting needed). For questions about the process, e-mail rrgallery@aol.com. We look forward to helping you get a part of history!
